They know what they’re doing, and they believe in their process. We came to Varmint Control after being sorely disappointed by another pest control company in an effort to rid our attic of squirrels. Chris came out promptly, as scheduled. Did a thorough inspection highlighting trouble spots that the other company did not catch. And then suggested a thorough, comprehensive system to rid the attic of squirrels and keep them away in the future. Don’t be baited by one of the bait, trap and release scams out there. Yes, if you have squirrels you need to get rid of them. But you also need to secure your house so they don’t return. And that doesn’t just mean the trouble spots; because the squirrels will find new ones. Chris walked us through the entire process. Was patient and helped educate us. Yes, their service and treatment plan is an investment; but it’s backed by their 5-year warranty. Other companies can’t offer comprehensive warranties because they’re not taking a comprehensive approach to solving the problem. We weren’t rushed or pressured; Chris was always on time as scheduled; and he made sure we were comfortable with the results before wrapping the project up. He also willingly shared knowledge on things we could do to prevent future problems. Hands down recommend.

Chris did an amazing job securing our attic from squirrels. Incredibly knowledgeable and he explained in detail all the steps of the installation. Varmint Gone provides a highly professional and comprehensive response to pest problems. We had several squirrels living in our attic. Chris and Jim from Varmint Gone installed one-way gates to get the squirrels out, and then did a bunch of work to make sure they couldn’t get back in. This involved installing drip-edge around the whole roof, new gutter guards, and fixing several problems with the roof and vents. They also cleaned up the problem in the attic and disinfected it. We were highly impressed with the quality of their service. It is a bit on the pricey side, but it is a comprehensive solution to the problem, and comes with a 5-year warranty. If we had just put a trap in the attic without the roofing fixes, this would have been a constant battle. Varmint Gone made sure this problem was gone for good. Chris also did a good job of explaining every step of the work and how it fixed the problem. Very high quality service all around.
