Very prompt, high-quality service. Arthur went way above & beyond to work on one of the hottest days, to work on the bad bird infestation in our attic. He cleared out three bird nests, eggs & bird mites that were biting us inside the house. The birds had pecked through the bathroom vent ductwork, so he went to buy it the same day & replace it as well. Called Varmint Gone after hearing noises in the attic, was promptly scheduled for an inspection with Arthur and determined it was bats. Arthur did a thorough job of identifying all the possible entry points, even noted a few other things we should address on the roof and explained the process of removal. In less than a week, the roof was sealed up and the bats were gone. I would highly recommend Arthur and Varmint Gone plus you even get a 5 year warranty.
