Ron did a great job of making our attic squirrel proof in May, ’23. He removed the gutter guards & installed steel panels under the shingles. Sealed and painted all areas where soffit meets the shingles. We had a leak in the skylight this February, after days of rain. Varmint Gone did a great job removing bats from our attic. Ron was very knowledgeable about local area bats and showed the same level of concern we have for these endangered animals. We collected a few estimates and his company’s was right in the middle but the guarantee was much better. He explained all the stages of the remediation and showed up when he said he would.
