They know what they’re doing, and they believe in their process. We came to Varmint Control after being sorely disappointed by another pest control company in an effort to rid our attic of squirrels. Chris came out promptly, as scheduled. Did a thorough inspection highlighting trouble spots that the other company did not catch. And then suggested a thorough, comprehensive system to rid the attic of squirrels and keep them away in the future. Don’t be baited by one of the bait, trap and release scams out there. Yes, if you have squirrels you need to get rid of them. But you also need to secure your house so they don’t return. And that doesn’t just mean the trouble spots; because the squirrels will find new ones. Chris walked us through the entire process. Was patient and helped educate us. Yes, their service and treatment plan is an investment; but it’s backed by their 5-year warranty. Other companies can’t offer comprehensive warranties because they’re not taking a comprehensive approach to solving the problem. We weren’t rushed or pressured; Chris was always on time as scheduled; and he made sure we were comfortable with the results before wrapping the project up. He also willingly shared knowledge on things we could do to prevent future problems. Hands down recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Chris from Varmint Gone. We had just moved into our new home in Charlotte and noticed some kind of droppings all over our driveway. We made a call to Varmint Gone and within 12 hours, Chris came to the house, identified the problem (bats) and returned quickly to seal up the house and subsequently clean and sanitize the areas. The whole process was smooth, fast and very easy. As a bonus there is a 5 year warranty on the service and if we ever see evidence of bats again, Chris will return and remedy the situation. I found a black snake in my upstairs hallway and was able to remove him myself. Called Varmint Gone because I didn’t want to go through that experience again! Chris has been wonderful. He came out and inspected the attic and outlined everything that needed to be done . He followed through with 2 visits and secured and treated the house. He is very knowledgeable and professional, as well as being very friendly and personable. Thank you Chris!

Chris did an amazing job securing our attic from squirrels. Incredibly knowledgeable and he explained in detail all the steps of the installation. He was able to come out for initial inspection and got everything installed/cleaned up within a week. It also really helps that they offer a 5 year warranty for peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Varmint Gone provides a highly professional and comprehensive response to pest problems. We had several squirrels living in our attic. Chris and Jim from Varmint Gone installed one-way gates to get the squirrels out, and then did a bunch of work to make sure they couldn’t get back in. This involved installing drip-edge around the whole roof, new gutter guards, and fixing several problems with the roof and vents. They also cleaned up the problem in the attic and disinfected it. We were highly impressed with the quality of their service. It is a bit on the pricey side, but it is a comprehensive solution to the problem, and comes with a 5-year warranty. If we had just put a trap in the attic without the roofing fixes, this would have been a constant battle. Varmint Gone made sure this problem was gone for good. Chris also did a good job of explaining every step of the work and how it fixed the problem. Very high quality service all around.

Great company – heard squirrels in the attic, called this company, and they sent someone same day. Chris located the issue, sealed the areas where they were getting in and sanitized after. While inspecting he also noticed wire damage from the squirrels (fire hazard!), and he fixed this as well. Grateful we called the right company at the right time before this got worse. Highly recommend. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient.
