From the initial call with their representative, who provided expert advice on their process regarding attic-proofing for our squirrel problem, to their continued communications, timeliness of showing up, and ensuring that we understood each step of their process, all was exemplary. And Arthur was absolutely outstanding and a pleasure to work with. He clearly knows his expertise and was such a stickler on attention to detail – his work was very precise and perfect looking. He represents Varmint Gone wonderfully and was also just a plain nice guy to talk with. We feel like we lost a squirrel (or many) and gained a friend!
