Arthur did an outstanding job to provide [squirrel] exclusion services by carefully sealing up the gaps above our fascia boards around the entire house. We were under some time pressure, and he made it a point to just stop by recently, before he was able to finish the job, and assure us that he’ll take care of us. He came by to finish the work on a Sunday, giving up his day off. Just a fantastic commitment to provide the best service. He was also incredibly gracious and sincere.
