During the exterior inspection, we found many available entrances. The customer had a large gable vent that was open and the squirrels had chewed to a hole in order to access the attic. The next area was a hard-to-find hole that was in the rain gutter and only seen from the ladder.
The interior attic inspection was concerning. This was due to the amount of electrical wires that had been chewed down to the copper wire. These wires were actually touching the wood rafters (as shown in the picture above). This is a serious situation which can lead to a devastating house fire. Also, large construction gaps were found (as shown in the picture below). We knew we needed to get rid of squirrels from this home as soon as possible.
